WHAT MAKES IRON & Pine CROSSFIT DIFFERENT?

OUR WHY

We use custom, in-house programming designed specifically for our community. This approach allows us to tailor workouts based on real data and performance trends from our athletes, ensuring every training cycle is purposeful and progressive. CrossFit is a sport built on continuous improvement—and by aligning smart programming with consistent effort, we help our members make meaningful progress toward their goals every single day.

Our STAFF

Amy Boyle

Owner/ Head Coach: CrossFit Level 3, CrossFit Kids, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism, Precision Nutrition Level 1

Coach Amy began CrossFit in 2013 when she moved to Fort Bragg, NC.  The variance in training and competitive atmosphere drew her in – but it was really the community that kept her coming day after day.  In 2015, after moving to Colorado, Amy received her CFL1 and began coaching.  While there are always areas of CrossFit that an athlete can improve upon, Amy feels the same way with coaching and is always trying to learn more to support herself and the athletes she works with.  In 2018, after having her daughter Amy received a certification in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism to become more educated on returning to CrossFit postpartum and training for longevity during this chapter.  Amy began coaching CrossFit Kids in 2021 at CrossFit Falcon View and loves the enthusiasm and energy that youth athletes bring to the gym.

While Coach Amy enjoys seeing athletes make improvements in the gym and have those little “aha!” moments with skills, her favorite part of training others is hearing how their commitment to health and fitness improves their life and hobbies outside of the gym.

Josh Boyle

Owner/ Head Coach

Josh’s CrossFit journey began in 2017 after coming off a team and finding I didn’t have time: time to train the way he had for years, time to recover from long sessions, time to get his work done, or time to spend with his growing family. He needed something that was effective, could travel with him, didn’t take over an hour, and he could commit to consistently – but it still had to deliver on intensity and the camaraderie of the team room.

CrossFit became that answer.

It’s kept him sharp, grounded, and ready—qualities that remain essential as he continues to serve on Active Duty.

Now, he’s passionate about sharing that experience with others and helping them discover what CrossFit can do for their own journeys.
